Personal Growth & Transformation: The services, gatherings, and materials offered by Crystal Moon Healing are designed for deep self-reflection, personal growth, empowerment, and energetic alignment. While these practices can be profoundly therapeutic, supportive, and transformative, they are exploratory in nature and intended to facilitate personal evolution and self-awareness.

No Professional Advice or Clinical Treatment: Laurel Berube is a practitioner of astrology, Reiki, and holistic modalities, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or clinical therapist. Our sessions do not constitute, and should not be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that this work requires active personal participation and self-responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own well-being, emotional processing, and any decisions or actions you take during or following our sessions. If you are experiencing severe mental health crises or medical conditions, you agree to seek the support of a licensed clinical professional.

Age Eligibility

By purchasing any service or booking a container with Crystal Moon Healing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you may only participate in our services or events with the explicit, written consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, digital downloads, workbook sheets, astrology reports, graphics, and course content provided to you during individual sessions, group events, or the 3-month Personalized Astrology container are the sole intellectual property of Laurel Berube and Crystal Moon Healing.

Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use only. You strictly agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or use any of our proprietary materials for commercial purposes or within your own professional practice without express written permission.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

1. Individual Services

Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your session at no extra cost.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments where no notice is given, are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

2. Events & Gatherings

Cancellations with 3+ Days’ Notice: If you can no longer attend an event, you will receive a full refund, provided you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the event’s scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 3-day window before the event are non-refundable, as supplies have been prepared and spots are limited.

Ticket Transfers: If you miss the 3-day cancellation window, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. You must notify us via email with the name and email address of the person taking your spot 24 hours before the event begins so we can welcome them to the circle.

3. Products (Crystal Kits & Grids)

All Sales Final: All sales of physical shop items and digital items remain strictly non-refundable and final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Shipping, Damages, and Natural Variations

Natural Variations: Crystals are natural elements formed by the Earth. By purchasing, you acknowledge that each crystal is entirely unique in shape, size, color, and natural inclusions. Variations from the website photography are expected and do not qualify for a return or replacement.

Damaged Goods: We pack every crystal kit and grid with deep care and protective materials. If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly ship a replacement for the damaged item.

Lost Shipments: Crystal Moon Healing is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Moon Healing and Laurel Berube shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of our services, website, or products.

Personalized Astrology (3-Month Private Container)

The Personalized Astrology 3-month container represents a deep, high-touch commitment to your personal growth and alignment. Because this program has a limited capacity and involves a continuous reservation of time, energy, and ongoing support, it is subject to its own specific terms.

A. Payment Options, Commitment & Reading Credits

Personalized Astrology is an intentional 3-month commitment. You may select one of two payment structures at enrollment:

Monthly Payment Plan: $175 per month.
Paid-in-Full Plan: $520 one-time payment.
Prior Astrology Reading Credit: If you have completed a standalone individual Astrology Reading with Crystal Moon Healing within the one (1) month immediately prior to beginning your 3-month container, the cost of that reading will be subtracted from your total container investment.
- For the Paid-in-Full Plan, the credit is applied directly as a deduction from your upfront payment.
- For the Monthly Payment Plan, the credit will be applied as a deduction from your first month’s payment installment.

Payment confirms your spot in this limited-capacity container.

B. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We recognize that unexpected changes occur, and we have structured our cancellation terms to remain fair to both your circumstances and our operational container:

If you are paying monthly:
- Once a monthly installment has been processed, you are fully committed to that current billing month.
- All processed monthly payments are strictly non-refundable.
- You may cancel future months at any time by providing written notice 4 days before your next scheduled billing cycle.
If you paid in full:
- The current month in progress at the time of your request is non-refundable.
- Any remaining, completely unused months left in your 3-month cycle will be fully refunded.
- All paid-in-full refunds are subject to a $25 administrative and processing fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Note on Credits: If a prior reading credit was applied to your purchase, the value of that reading remains non-refundable and will be factored out of any returned amounts.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Crystal Moon Healing.

C. Session Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Your container includes live Zoom sessions (including your intensive foundation session and subsequent follow-ups).

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule a live Zoom session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely without notice, will be forfeited and cannot be made up or credited.
