Ever since I was a kid, I loved rocks,  gemstones and looking at the moon. The power of nature has always been a draw, from laying in the grass looking at the clouds, to watching thunderstorms, marveling at the power they have. 

I started looking at crystals as a way of easing anxiety, relaxing and grounding myself in order to be a better parent to my three children. What I never expected was the peace I would feel; the joy that I would find.

I enrolled at Evolve Healing Insitute and became a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner. Since then I have completed several more courses on Crystal Grids, Crystal Elixirs, Sacred Rituals and will continue learning and growing. My intention is to help people feel balanced, less stress, relaxed and filled with self love and motivation. Guiding and facilitating healing through energy work is my passion and calling.

I always knew I was a helper, nurturer, giver, and found a way to do all of those things in a way that feels authentic to me.
