What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing (or crystal therapy) is an ancient practice, used for centuries by civilizations like the Mayans and Egyptians to promote healing and wellness. This gentle practice works directly with the vibrational energy of your body.
By placing stones and crystals at specific points, often corresponding to the Chakra system (the energetic highway that flows through your body), the goal is to bring all of your energetic points into balance.
Crystal healing can open blocks, allowing you to process suppressed feelings, heal past trauma, and achieve profound psychological and energetic alignment. Outcomes often include reduced stress and anxiety, improved mental focus, and a boost in motivation and energy.
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle, Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing that translates to “Universal Life Energy” (Rei meaning universal, Ki meaning life energy).
A practitioner channels this healing energy through their hands, placing them lightly on or just above the client’s body. The purpose is to clear stagnant energy and activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself, allowing the life force energy to flow freely. This results in a deep sense of peace, increased vitality, and harmony across the mind, body, and spirit.
What is Transpersonal Psychology?
Transpersonal psychology is a therapeutic approach that goes beyond the surface — beyond your habits, your roles, and the personality you’ve built to navigate the world — and into the deeper layers of who you really are.
Where traditional therapy often focuses on thoughts and behaviours, transpersonal psychology also honours your emotional experiences, your spiritual life, and the meaning behind what you’re going through. It recognizes that you are more than your patterns and your past.
In a Transpersonal Crystal Healing® session, this approach is woven into the work — creating space not just for relaxation or energy balancing, but for real insight, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself.
