The Life You're In

Choose your age. We’ll take it from there.

You’re not choosing an age to be put in a box.

You’re choosing the part of life you’re trying to make sense of.

There’s a point when you’re making your own decisions and wondering if you’re choosing the life you actually want. Later, you can be so busy keeping everything running that you realize you’ve become very good at taking care of everyone else and less clear on where you fit in. You can reach a point where you’re no longer willing to keep swallowing the same things just to keep the peace, or look back at choices you made years ago and see them differently.

The questions can get surprisingly specific.

Why am I still doing this when it doesn’t matter to me anymore?

Why does this particular situation get under my skin so badly?

Why do I keep having the same conversation in my head?

Why do I know I need to say something and still talk myself out of it?

And then there are the questions about what comes next: what do I actually want now that I have more room, and what parts of my life still feel like mine?

Your age gives us a starting point. It helps us look at the chapter you’re living through and the questions that tend to come forward there.

Choose the age range that feels most like the chapter you’re living right now.

You’re old enough that people expect you to know what you’re doing. But you’re still figuring out what you actually want, which choices are yours, and whether the life you’re building is really the one you want.

Laurel Berube Astrologer, Reiki Practitioner, Transpersonal Crystal Healer

Through my own experience of attending women’s circles, energy healing and astrology, I know the power of women sitting together in sacred space with the understanding we are all on our own path.

Ebb & Flow Women’s Circle is where I feel deep gratitude to be in service. Being witness to the transformation, rawness and power women have when given the opportunity to be heard is humbling and rewarding.

I have been through the dark with depression and anxiety and loss. I have been through the tunnel and reached for light. I have been through the ebb and flow, healing, uncovering another layer and healing again.

I can sit in the shadows with you. I can walk beside you.

A little more space for you.
