Join us for a transformative workshop where you’ll explore mandala creation. Mandalas tell your inner story and have been used for centuries as a tool for meditation, healing, and self-expression. Exploring mandalas in a women’s circle allows the collective energy, shared experiences and diverse perspectives to inspire deeper insights, vulnerability, and creativity.
During this workshop, you will:
- Create your own mandala that represents you using crystals and other mediums
- Experience a guided meditation to enhance your creative process
- Connect with other like-minded women in a supportive and inspiring environment
- Learn to interpret your mandala through journaling and sharing
Mandalas can help reduce anxiety and stress, increase focus and concentration, provide a window into your soul and inner world and bring balance and harmony.
