Do I need to know how to meditate, astrology or about crystals?
Not at all! I will guide you through the whole process. If a technique doesn’t work for you, you can simply sit and enjoy the quiet time.
Is what we share in the online circle confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of our sacred space. Everything that is shared within the circle stays within the circle. This is how we build a container of trust and safety for all.
What if I don't want to share or speak?
While sharing is important and where healing can begin, we understand that not everyone is comfortable. We hold space for everyone’s comfort and energy level. You are welcome to simply listen and be present.
What should I bring?
Journal and pen. A quiet space. Stable internet connection
Is this group therapy?
It is important to note that the monthly gathering is not a therapy session, but rather a healing sanctuary. Participants are provided with a safe environment to express themselves authentically, knowing they are being seen and heard.
I encourage you to seek professional advice if necessary.
Do I need to sign up for every moon circle?
It is highly recommended. The lunar cycle is a continuous journey, not a series of isolated events. By attending consistently, you create a container for deep transformation, allowing you to track your growth from seed (New Moon) to bloom (Full Moon).
