A 4-Month Autumn Container
Over the busy summer months, our energy naturally scatters outward. As the wheel turns toward autumn, our bodies, minds, and nervous systems crave a return to center, a slower pace, and a chance to process the harvest of our lives. Join a sacred, closed container of women to align with the grounding rhythms of Autumn, weaving astrology with energy healing, and anchoring your transformation in community.
This is a structured, intentional monthly portal — four evenings, one per month. Together, we gather for a two-hour monthly ritual to learn, heal, and create — astrology, Reiki, hands-on crystal work, and honest conversation. You do not have to carry it all alone. Come lay down the heavy mental load and let yourself be held.

What is a Women’s Circle?
At its heart, a women’s circle is an intentional space to step out of the daily hustle and back into your body. It is a modern sanctuary where you can lay down the constant pressure of “doing” and simply relax into “being.” Through gentle sharing, guided meditation, energy clearing, and hands-on creation, we gather to co-regulate our nervous systems, quiet the mental noise, and lift each other up—reminding you of your inner strength and the divine power within.

We begin with a grounding guided meditation to quiet the post-summer hustle, deciding what to keep and what to release back to the earth.
To physically anchor this mental clarity, you will build a personal mini-crystal grid. You will create a protective layout designed to filter mental clutter, calm your mind, and establish firm, supportive boundaries around your time and energy as you enter autumn.

The Experience & Activity
Moving deeper into autumn, our path shifts to explore the dance of shadow and light, relational boundaries, and bringing your life back into equilibrium.
We dive into a soothing, restorative meditation to examine where you may be overextending yourself and where your energy needs to be recalled.
After relaxing into a collective energetic reset, we transition into a hands-on grid-building ritual. You will arrange contrasting crystals to visually map out your personal boundaries, helping you find a sustainable equilibrium between giving and receiving in your relationships.

Deepening our path into the late autumn, we honor the season of the unseen, ancestral wisdom, and deep emotions by working with the elemental magic of heat and water.
Our meditation takes us safely into our emotional depths, old versions of ourselves and releasing burdens. We integrate this release through a rich, sensory botanical ritual. You will blend a custom simmer pot package of warming seasonal spices and dried herbs, energetically infusing your intentions into a high-vibration crystal.
You will take both home to fill your living space with cleansing, comforting steam to anchor your transformation.

We bring our four-month container to a beautiful culmination as the winter chill sets in, looking up from the deep water to point your arrow at the stars. Expand your vision, call back the light, and define your soul-led path for the year ahead.
Following a guided meditation designed to lift daily limitations and ignite a sense of pure hope and creative potential, we move into our final hands-on integration. You will hold high-frequency crystals to encode them with your specific dreams and intentions for the winter solstice and the year ahead, sealing them into a sacred velvet pouch to keep on your bedside table or altar as a guiding compass for the winter months.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction. During the meditation, you will lie down and simply receive the calming collective energy. Some women feel warmth or gentle tingling, while others experience a deep, peaceful calm.
What if I purchase the 4-Month Bundle and have to miss one of the dates?
We highly encourage attending all four sessions to build beautiful continuity within our closed circle of women. However, we understand life happens. If you must miss a session, we will lovingly set aside your custom crystal/botanical kit for that month for you to pick up.
What do I need to bring with me?
A journal, a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and wooden grid board.
